  • Placed Candidates: Post-placement records are maintained for 5 years to manage warranty periods and ongoing client relationships.
  • Website Visitors: Analytics data is retained in anonymised form for up to 26 months.
  • Client Records: Business engagement records are retained for 7 years in compliance with Indian accounting and tax regulations.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised. You may also request early deletion of your data by contacting us (see Section 11).
